Florian Schmid is a finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical, technology, and consulting sectors, with a particular focus on capital markets and corporate finance in life sciences.

Before joining T-CURX, he was CFO of iOmx Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing biomarker-enabled oncology programs. Previously, he served as CFO of Vivoryon Therapeutics and as Director of Finance at InflaRx. At both companies, he played a key role in major financing transactions, including a Nasdaq IPO and several follow-on financing rounds. Earlier in his career, he held management positions at Deutsche Telekom.

Florian began his career at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He holds a degree in business administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, passed the German CPA (Wirtschaftsprüfer) examination, and is a Certified German Tax Advisor (Steuerberater).
