Paulina is Director Business Development & Program Management at T-CURX. Her responsibilities include the Program Leadership of the clinical CAR-T pipeline program TCX-001 in AML & CLL and advancing Business Development efforts, including partnering and fundraising activities. 

Prior to joining T-CURX, Paulina has gained 15+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Business Strategy and CAR-T research. In her last role as Medical Director Cellular Therapies at Bristol Myers Squibb, she led the medical strategy towards commercialization of two CAR T cell therapies in lymphoma and multiple myeloma. Paulina previously worked in Business Development at Nanologica AB, Sweden, where she shaped the business strategy in drug delivery and managed alliances with academic, industry and technology partners.

Paulina holds a PhD in Tumor immunology with a focus on CAR-T research from the Technical University Munich Munich in collaboration with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, U.S., and a Master of Science in Molecular Biotechnology from the Ruprecht-Karls University in Heidelberg.
